Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in or attached to its original packaging.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase when submitting your return.
Partial refunds may be approved in certain cases, such as:
- Items returned in less than perfect condition, or missing parts not caused by our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email confirming we’ve received your item. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please email jamen@skiblocks.com for further instructions.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift—or was sent to the gift giver first—the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned packages.
